The puzzles are designed with recycled materials and produced in our workshop in France. Each edition is carefully cut to size for optimum quality and a finished product. Our graphic design team prepares and checks your files. We also offer customized die-cutting to give you a unique product that stands out from traditional jigsaw puzzles (from 50 copies).
Define format and quantities
My Elzzup offers you the choice between two formats:
- Square (16x16cm)
- A5 format (15x21cm)

File preparation
To process your order quickly, we need files that meet our requirements. Please comply strictly with the standards below. Our technical team will process your file within 48 hours and contact you if necessary.
- File format 15x21 cm max. for A5 format
- File format 16x16 cm max. for square format
- Send file as PDF/JPEG
- 3 mm bleed if necessary
- Send cutting layout as vector plot on independent layer
- Vectorized text and layout
- Max. file size 10mo
Delivery times
Production time is between 5 and 10 working days, to which must be added transport time (24-48h for France). For delivery we use the Colissimo carrier service. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail. Free delivery in France.
